Yesterday I took a flight from Hong Kong to New York, and then connected to Boston. My flight to Boston was delayed due to wind. I had been on an airplane at that point for almost 20 hours and I was near delirious. My ride from the airport couldn't pick me up at the later time. I called Commonwealth and spoke to a wonderful woman. I explained that my flight was delayed and I had no idea when I was getting in. She was so nice and sympathetic. When I called from the baggage claim, she cheered for me. I went upstairs and found your spotless Town Car with a helpful driver and my name on the door. I'm sure a lot of your clients take this stuff for granted. But as a guy who works for the state government and travels coach wherever he goes, you all really made me happy when I got home.
